Keith's watermelon plants

I love watermelon. I could eat it everyday. Knowing how much I love watermelon, Keith planted some seed after we ate some watermelon from the store. He didn't tell me... Until it started to grow. He had to re pot it, because the vines were growing fast. I thought it was so sweet, that I just had to share it with all of you. So these are the "BEFORE" pictures. Before he reported to the boat. Now that he's on sea duty, I will have to water them. Everyone knows I turn beautiful green leaves brown. Hopefully the "AFTER" picture won't be too bad!!




He is so sweet, I love him. I'm really going to miss him... Hopefully, I can keep the watermelons growing...

    I love the watermelon vine. Do I see a baby watermelon? Grandpa will be jealous! Don't you dare forget to water that beautiful baby! Surprise Keith when he comes home! Love, Mom

    Yep, Mama Becky said the watermelons were growing so you must be doing something right!! With the warm weather you have there, you can have watermelons in the middle of winter! Don't forget to water them!!
