Tsunami Warning

We are having a tsunami warning.

I'm surprisingly calm.

If Keith wasn't here...I would be freaking out!

He makes me laugh...I hope we are always this happy!!

I should have known something like this would happen...I promised my Mom I would get the pictures in the mail tomorrow...I should have added "As long as there isn't a tsunami!! :)"

Had a good day...

Life is getting better.

I can see a tiny light at the end of the tunnel.  :)

Today, Megs had a friend over.

Gracie did a lot of crafts.

Keith worked on some projects...

and I played with Gracie and made some chocolate chip cookies!!

Now I'm exhausted and I don't know why...but it was a good day.

I've decided that God is in control of our lives...I'm thankful for that!!

My goals for the next few months is to declutter all of our junk!!

No matter what is in store for us...We don't need half the junk we have!!

There's a possibility our lives will be turned upside down, but in a good way.

I'm so tired of all the bad news this year...I'm looking forward to some good news.

I know God is in control, so I'm going to try and be patient!!

I guess I need to start clearing out the clutter in this house...that will give me lots of things to do, while we "hurry up and wait" on the Navy.  :)

Just needed a little reminder that God's in control...

On Wednesday,  we got some news.  It seems like my life is being turned upside down.
It feels chaotic.  I needed a little reminder that God's in control.
Since I can't see the big picture in life.

So we went to Bellows Beach.

Isn't it beautiful??????

I am reminded that God is in control.  I'm going to miss this beach when we leave Hawaii.  It is my favorite beach in the world.  :)  Well my corner of the world.

  

Frustrated...

I am so frustrated right now.
I really thought this year would be better.
I'm tired of whining about this too.
I really need just one good thing to happen right now.
Seriously, one thing...would be awesome.
I just keep thinking about Jeremiah 29:11-14.
God has a plan for me and my family.  This IS comforting.  I just need some good news.
